Students are reviewing Avoir,Etre,journaling,school subjects,ER,IR,RE verbs,

songs, commands,and writing.

Students were given usernames and passwords to access text, audio, DVD,etc. online.

Aug. 31st

Review IR, RE verbs, faire, aller, prendre, venir, vouloir, devoir, pouvoir.

More journals, interviews, songs, Where to go en France? (which provinces),

and LaFayette.

Sept. 8th

Interrogation cette semaine avec le vocabulaire des cours.  Revisez le passe compose et commencez un

projet des provinces.

Sept. 14th

Review of past tenses.  Interview questions in past.  Intro to regions of France and project.

Sept. 21st

Intro to new song using past tenses.  Continue project on regions.  Continue past tense.  Prepare for

quiz on past tenses.  Journal.

Sept. 28th

This week we are presenting our projects on the regions of France.  We are also continuing our study

of the past tense.  Quiz on Thurs.  Please try to finsih up lab work.

Oct. 5th

Germans arrived.  Interviewed them in French.  Most Germans have studied 4-6 years of French.  Continued

past tense study (passe compose and imparfait) and regions.  

Oct. 12th

Columbus Day in Canada.  Test on mardi on past tenses.  Project on Wed. for professions.  Germans will continue

to visit our classes.  All makeup work due this week.

Oct. 19th

Discussion of professions and what you want to be in the new future tense.  Project using digital cameras and

taking pics of professionals, writing about them, and making a book of professionals.  Lab work every Friday.
