Students are reviewing avoir, etre, interviewing,writing, and studying Paris.Students were given usernames and passwords to access all materials online such as the text, audio, DVD, vocabulaire, geography, etc.

Review: adjectifs, IR verbs, RE verbs, Paris monuments, faire, aller, LaFayette.

More writing in journal, interviews, and Paris info.

Sept. 8th

Interrogation aux adjectifs et IR, RE verbes cette semaine, jeudi ou vendredi aux pages 12, 14, et 24.

Continuez Paris.  Journal=aller et faire.

Sept. 14th

IR, RE verbs introduced.  Review of Paris monuments.  Project on interviews started.  Review of etre, avoir,

adjectives.

Sept. 21st

Finish up IR, RE verbs.  Continue project on interview.  Intro to holidays in France.  Review faire.  Journal.

Sept. 28th

This week, we are filming in class, our interviews of famous people.  Emphasis is on direct/indirect objects in Chapt. 2.  Please get caught up on the lab work at home if you can.

Oct. 5th

Germans arrived.  We interviewed them in French.  Most Germans have studied 4-6 years of French.  Reviewed

past tense with avoir and etre.

Oct. 12th

Test this week on past tense on avoir and etre.  All makeup work due this week.  Project on holiday this week.

PSAT is also this week.

Oct. 19th

Past tense and negative description about a girl not going to a danse.  Project due on creating a holiday, presenting to class, and voting on the new holiday to celebrate it!  Lab work every Friday.
